Desired Profile :

- Will be owner of the “Sales Target” for the motor vertical at the branch.

- Recruitment of CSO’s team
for the channel in his branch.

- Build relationship and penetrate into the existing counter.

- Tie-ups with various territorial auto dealerships
agents
brokers and DSA’s
with the RSM’s approvals.

- Identify and build usual and alternate Motor Channels.

- Monitor Channel business figures on a daily basis.

- Channel Relationship Management – Branding of channels with marketing collaterals.

- Train channel employees on our products and processes.

- Productivity tracking of CSO’s.

- Running activities and events at the point of sale.

- Regulate Channel viability (Portfolio is profitable).

- Set standards and maintain “Business Quality”.

- Update the RSM and NSM on market competition and figures on a daily basis.

- Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.

- Constant co-ordination with: -
a) Underwriting team for policy approval.
b) Operations team for policy issuance.
c) Regional / Corporate Claims team for claims settlement.
