The candidate should

• Have Demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources and general business practices.

• Have Demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (employee relations, recruitment, compensation, training, benefits, etc.)

• Have Proven ability to interact with senior level executives

• Have a proactive problem solving attitude to be able to identify, address, and resolve issues that may arise.

• Have Excellent planning and prioritization skills; strong attention to detail.

• Manage the areas of Talent Management, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Human Resource Information System for the India Human Resources function

• Update and maintain Human Resources policies
