Desired Profile:     

• Assessment of financial and commercial implications and exposures from the contract during negotiation stage for all local and international contracts.

• Contractual vetting in co-ordination with various practices & stakeholders for Key commercial terms of Contracts/SOW/Tender’s.

• Evaluate, analyze and negotiate on commercial & financial risks embedded in the contract with customer during contract signing stage.

• Sharing the knowledge with sales team from commercial and legal perspective in the contracts.

• Presentation of Deviations & exceptions and the risk associated with it to higher management and devising mitigation strategy in further work orders.

• Pricing for various complex deals / RFP/ Bids in co-ordination with the bid team.

• Negotiation with Vendor to figure out the best competitive price and payment structure

• Profitability analysis of proposals and new Customer Contracts (both Local and Global) above certain threshold value and ensuring that the proposals are submitted adhering to organization’s Gross Margin norms.
