• Customer profiling and analysis - Develop in depth understanding of customers' businesses
• Map competition activity
• Prepare robust statistic model for demand forecasting for Medium Term and Five Year business plans
• Develop an Early Warning System that highlights the key issues
• To establish and manage the process for collecting, storing, analyzing and disseminating market information and develop initiatives for achieving India’s strategic objectives of a BU for domestic and exports markets by closely monitoring market share information
• Provides market research project design, data collection, and analysis in support of brand and business performance.
• Provide insightful ideas and recommendations presenting information to all levels of business leadership.
• Prepares and updates market, customer, product, and competitor summaries.
• Develops timelines and metrics to meet all key deadlines and deliverables.
