Designation: Walk in interview - Financial Planning Consultant
Job Description:
Purpose:
The role holder will primarily be responsible for sales and drive the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned bank Partner. He/ She will also manage and ensure smooth day-to-day channel partner
Context:
The role holder will work closely with the Sales Manager and will be responsible for converting leads based on the referral model of alternate channel
Main Priorities:
• Achieve sales targets through assigned channel partner
• To ensure full adherence to the sales process
• To Contribute to the Development and implementation of the sales plan and deliver sales targets through assigned channel partner at the branch level
• Self Development of one’s own comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s products, business strategy and relationships

Qualifications:
A high calibre post graduate from a reputed university/ institute
Skills/ Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of the investment, savings and savings linked products
• Understanding of investment guidelines, taxation aspects and legal framework with regard to branch operations
• A reasonable understanding of the Indian banking environment and its operations
• Aptitude for numbers
• Problem solving and decision making
• Strong analytical ability
Experience:
• 0-1 years experience in sales, preferably with financial services company or alternatively experience in a direct distribution or an FMCG company
Experience: 0 - 1 Years
