Designation: SAP HRM / HCM / ERP - HR Lead Executive
Job Description:
Position: Lead Executive - HR/ Senior Executive – HR.
Key Job Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Deliverables:
Will be responsible for primarily delivering HR Pre-Sales & Business solutions within the defined TAT. HR solutions will cover all HR activities, HR metrics reporting & HR laws across different countries and business vertical. Incumbent will also be part of projects within the Business HR & Process Transformation team.
Skill-set:
Work Exposure & (Certification) knowledge towards SAP HRM / HCM / HR, ERP applications is mandatory.
High learning curve, self-driven, good team player, excellent written & communication skills, ability to deliver within the TAT, flexible work management, high analytical skills, attention to detail, able to conceptualize & implement an activity/ project from start to finish.
Experience: 0-1 Years of experience
Joining Date: ASAP.

Qualification : MBA passed out 2009 /2010 from reputed univiersity will be prefereed .
Desiring to hire candidate with experience in HR IT automation tools, Pre sales, Reporting & Analytics and Process Transformation skills.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, MS office.
BPO/ ITES industry work experience will be preferred.
