Job Description:
Level-1 Technical Support to HCL's business clients. He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % voice support to the clients and provide online technical resolution. Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations.
- Resposible to work on the Troubleshooting of Hardware and software.
-Should be resposible to work in 24x7 environment.

Desired Profile:
Looking for candidates from Customer Care process (Voice Support) with HCL Comnet.
Basic knowledge of PC
Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking
Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP
Good verbal and written communication skills Willing to work for 24* 7 shift
Willing to sign a bond for 18 months
