Designation:    Marketing Communications Executive

Job Description:

* Coordination with Advertising Agency for Planning, designing and release of advertisements.

* Coordination with PR agency.

* Interfacing and supporting HR on employee communication & events in various organizational initiatives.

* Networking across the organization nationally & globally to ensure a smooth flow of information reporting to ensure an integrated internal communication

* Writing and editing news items and feature articles for company intranet, employee magazine and newsletters

Desired Profile:

* Minimum 2* 4 years experience in advertising / Journalism / Mass Communications or relevant experience in Corporate Communication or Public Relations from reputed organizations

* Any graduate degree/diploma with first class Post graduate qualifications (full time or diploma) in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication or Marketing.

* High proficiency in written communication (Absolute MUST) & good comprehension skills. Flair for journalistic writing is an added advantage.

* Exposure to Advertising and Communications industry, understanding of print and electronic media.

* Eye for detail, Service orientation, Team-spirit & positive attitude to excel

* Knowledge of Ms-Office especially Excel is a must and design tools like Flash, Photoshop will be an added advantage.

* Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task

* Good understanding of the IT industry.
