Desired Profile:
ROLE:
- Supporting the projects in the following areas -
o Project Management - Activities related to Project initiation, Risk management, project monitoring and controlling.
o Software Development Life Cycle Management - Activities that enable projects across Deloitte to follow guidelines set for design, coding, testing etc.
o Support Management - Activities that support development and maintenance projects e.g. Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, Decision Analysis and Resolution
o Process Management - activities related to planning, monitoring, deploying Innovations, setting organization level metrics objective, establishing, releasing process performance baselines, implementing and improving processes
o Knowledge Repository - covers all the best practices, Innovations, Training content, sample deliverables, organizational risk database, organizational tailoring register & process performance baselines for all service lines
- Should have Software Quality AssuranceImplementation experience on High Maturity Process areas of CMMI framework/ knowledge of various Quality frame works and project Management models
- Evaluate the process compliance
- Track the metrics of the projects
- Facilitate in performing causal analysis and resolution meetings at identified intervals"
