PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. end-to-end communication management amongst related project stakeholders
2. Assist SD Manager in project management work
COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
1. Day-to-day communication management among various stake holders
2. Interact and co-ordinate with various cross functional teams
3. Participate in planning and review meetings
4. Preparing MOM and tracking for completion of action items
CUSTOMER ORIENTATION
1. Focus on the desired results, strive for achieving standard set.
2. Be a good team player and put all action towards meeting KRA.
3. Focus one’s own and team’s efforts in satisfying the needs of the customer
Keywords: The function calls for accepting, analysing, documenting and scheduling of various IT and professional service requirements from inhouse teams and customers. Communication, delivery, tracking and escalation mangement are the key associated function.

- Good documentation skills in MS Office products, prefered in MS Project, MS Visio - Good analytical skills with flair for business understanding and customer needs - Interact with key stakeholders across internal technology functions,operations and business - Basic understanding of telecom industry,technologies, IT infrastructure processes
