Qualification :
* HSC + 2yrs of work experience or HSC with 18 months of voice process exp.
* Graduate in any stream (Freshers may also apply)
* Polytechnic diploma (Freshers eligible,10+3 or HSC + 3)
Candidate should have :
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge
* Willing to work 24*7 Shifts
* Comfortable taking calls
* No Fixed offs/Fixed shifts (2 consecutive offs will be provided)
