Designation: Customer Care Executive - Voice
Job Description:
* Responsibility of handling customer queries.
* Providing excellent customer service.
* Should posses excellent communication skills with command over written and spoken English.
* Should be Energetic, Motivated, Customer centric.
* The task involves interaction with customers on daily basis.
* Should be comfortable working in Night Shifts.
* The business is critical so the perosn should be quick learner, ready to accept different tasks apart from the core job.
* Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
