As the successful applicant you will:
- Follow up for completion of Career Plans and Reviews with an objective of ensuring focused development of people.
- Clarify & resolve day to day HR issues in conformance to HR polices and escalate exceptions for resolution.
- Track attrition and highlight major concerns.
To undertake this role you will be a professionally qualified graduate with 3-6 years of relevant work experience in a commercial environment.
