Designation : Graphic Designer
Job Description :
• Responsible for delivery of assigned work, under a module lead or team lead supervision. Needs to understand technology and quality processes within Cognizant.
• Involved in coding, testing, debugging.
• Coordinate with Instructional Designers and team leads to develop the graphics, Illustrations, page Lay-outs and Animations as per the requirement.
• Demonstrates expertise and acts as a reference point in standard interactive design tools: Adobe Photoshop CS-X, Adobe Flash CS-X as well as rapid development tools like Lectora, Captivate, Camtachia or some LCMSs.
• Create conceptual animation, Infomercials and Intro animations.
• Create GUI (graphical User Interface) for eLearning courseware applying usability and User experience fundamentals.
• Work with Creative Leads, Project Managers, SMEs and design visual treatments or templates and interaction solutions that meet client specifications.
• Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually to the client
Skills Good presentation and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science graduates with 0-4 years of experience.
Experience 2-5years Key Responsibilities
Education Typically with a masters/ bachelors degree in Graphic Design/ Commercial Art or Fine Art. Having certification in multimedia is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the technical platforms of the project.
• Applies design specifications techniques under supervision of the module leader / Project Lead.
