1.Handling customer queries and providing information as per defined standards.
2.Effective redressal of all customer complaints and providing solutions.
3.Educating customers about the product/Service.
4.Providing feedback to the team leaders about product and process and contribute to the improvement.
5. Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
6. Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
